How To File A Useful Bug
We would appricate answers to the following questions:
- What were you trying to achieve?
- What exact steps did you follow?
- What did you expect to happen when you followed those steps?
- What actually happened?
Please be sure to download logs from the system as soon as possible after the bug occurs, and feel free to attach screenshots or screen recordings to demonstrate what you’re seeing. A picture is, after all, worth 84.1 words.
