What do you mean by TF-2389?
Is there some public issue tracker?
I did a quick search but could not find anything.
TF-2389 corresponds to:
Importing or exporting a setting may cause the client to disconnect and reconnect.
To summarize version 1.4, I could export my effect settings to a folder, but now when I try to do so, the Fourier disconnects and reconnects without applying the effect.

The current plan is for version 1.6 to provide a fix for TF-2389. This will be joined with other large changes to the preset system.

v1.6 in currently in our QA process, but unfortunately, we currently cannot commit to a timeline on release due to external factors. We are working as hard as possible to get this to users as soon as possible.
