Cedar DNS One/Two install

Has anyone successfully installed Cedar DNS One or Two on their engine? Can you please share the install process. Thanks in advance

Hi! I have! This is what you have to do after you have run the install package (install only DNS one/two VST3 from the pack)

Then you have to manually copy and move the missing .dll

  • Navigate to C:\Program Files\CEDAR Audio Ltd\
  • Copy the ‘CedarErrorX.dll’ file to C:\Windows\System32\
  • Rescan for plugins.

NOTE: DNS one/two are not fully working on periods 32/64 at the moment, at least in my engine on 96k. The plugins work per se, but causes the DSP to go wild and audio snaps once in a minute or so. Cedar and Fourier are aware of the situation and I heard they are working hard on it. Let’s wait for updates.

Has there been any updates on these issues? I’m interested in trying these plug-ins out.

Cedar updated the DNS One plugin in July, and it seems now to be working without problems on Fourier.
I recommend getting the trial and test it out. It’s a great plugin.

Cedar are working new versions with further improvements, they are currently being tested by them.

I would recommend reaching out to them directly for more information.
