I’m running a setup with 6 instances of de-feedback, so the engine is already und pretty high load. I chained a few rather lightweight plugins and added a 7th chain with two lightweight plugins. Now I’m surprised that this one chain is always dispatched to the core that also runs the most heavy of the other 6 chains, which tends to cause load peaks on that core. Looking at the performance meters it seems like all other cores would have more headroom to handle that lightweight chain, but I can’t work out a way to dispatch it onto another core. At startup, this lightweight chain aways is ready at first and is dispatched to core 1 and the most heavyweight chain comes up at last and is again dispatched to that core.
Are there any known workarounds to force another dispatching order that would utilize the cores better in this case?
Additional note: I tried adding a screenshot of the load meter to better visualize the situation, but the forum always tells me to try again, is uploading images allowed in general here?
