Neural DSP Plugins Show Loading fails

Hello there,

we are using the Fourier Engine in our theatre for some months now and tried different Plugins.
Now we wanted to reamp a electric guitar and installed Neural DSP Archetype: PliniX on the Engine.

9 Out of 10 times the Show File for this theatre piece loads correctly and without Problems. But sometimes the engine gets stuck in the Loading process.
All Plugins (also Fab-Filter and eventide) are put in the right chains but apart from the first Chain, all Plugins have a lightning Symbol next to it, which says “plugin is not ready yet”. The first Chain has no lightning but i still cannot open the Plugin. No audio is going through the chains and after some time, the CPU load starts going full red with some cores and staying red. This will all stay like that until i restart the fourier Engine.
This seems to only happen on the Show with the neural DSP Plugin. We have 2 chains with it.
In the List in the Software it is marked as “compatible”.

Ist there any was we can improve the stability here?

I did a few more testing, and it seems, that we can still load the Show, if we restart one of the two chains with the Neural DSP Plugin while the show is in this “partially loaded” state.

On the other Hand, if we wait in the “partially loaded” state with the lightning symbols until the CPU load goes red and then restart the Chain with the NeuralDSP Plugin, the whole Engine crashes and restarts after some time automatically.

Maybe this helps to find something. Maybe its something with the load order of the chains?
