Other audio in/out than dante

@Elliot Is there already a point in time set on the horizon that there will be another option to get audio in and out of the machine beside dante?
For lower network latency and better clock behavior ?
F.i. A Fourier audio card that deskbrands can connect to their own protocol with an api manual  (madi/aes50/avb/megacoms),

Oh, that´s really a good question! I also hope so. Today fourier anounced that there will bei AES67 compatibility. Does that mean I´ll be able to connect it to my RAVENNA network? @Elliot

Hi all,

There is definitely scope for other AoIP protocols on the transform.engine. We haven’t got a timeline on this yet but we are exploring what options are available and what the demand from users is. Please do always send feedback as we explore various different options.

Whilst also safe in the knowledge, this would be planned with a firmware update NOT hardware update to ensure your transform.engine is the perfect solution today but also for many many years to come.

On the topic of AES67, yes absolutely, we now support Dante AES67, if you turn it on in Dante controller for the transform.engine, you will be able to see your AES67 streams from other devices.

Thanks,

Elliot
