I can not install a Plugin Alliance plugins because the installer wants a login.
Does anyone have a solution?
You just need to setup a PA account to login into the installation manager. Once there, this manager will give you the opportunity to download each plugin’s installer individually.
Hi, I’ve managed it by now. The solution was not to download the installation file via the manager but directly on the website and run it as exe.
No need installer.
Go to account and You can download installer individually.

As the others have said, you can absolutely do this by downloading individual plugin installers.
Another option is, when you are presented in the transform.engine with the Plugin Alliance login in their software, you can type in any email/password combination. It will then after some time fail to find the server, and give you the option to ‘Install Offline’.
