Im on a Qunatum 852 (v2126). I currently have both engines mirrored, connected to a single transform engine, and the mirror is operating as it should. How would I go about adding a second, redundant transform engine
Are you using the Fourier Interface Card? Oder how do you want to connect the two Transform Engines?
At the moment there is no particular “redundancy Mode” for the Transform Engine. So you can connect one TFE to each Engine of the Q8 and transfer the settings manually/showfiles manually. At least thats what i think.
Because in my opinion there is no real redundancy function at the moment, we keep our TFE connected to the orangebox in the optocore loop to connect to both engines.
But maybe the Fourier Support has some News about that.
