Removing uninstalled plugins from Plugin Library

Dear fourier audio team,
I accidentally installed plugins I don’t need. After removing all the data, they still show up in my plugin library. Is there any possibility for removing them for a better Overview?
Thank you!

Hello,
did you follow this instruction here?

I just followed this and if you create a new showfile then it refreshes the Plugin-List for the this new showfile. In the older showfiles it seems that the once scanned plugins remain in the list with a warning sign next to them (ā€œnot found on the engineā€).

I found my plugin to delete in the ā€œcommon filesā€ folder. You can check the status bar when you do a full scan to see the path.

I have to admit this is not the most intuitive way to delete plugins, maybe fourier can optimize here in future versions.

I also like to ā€œtest-installā€ some plugins before buying to see if they run correctly on the transform engine.

Hi lnso and MBelle92,

MBelle92 is correct in their post! Thank you for your contribution.

The ability to clear unavailable plugins from showfile is a feature we plan to add. This is currently on the backburner (TF-2836). Any changes will be added to the roadmap!

Many Thanks,
Ross
