Hi, regarding LiveProfessor. They have one important feature in the software , called summed up inputs (outputs). Example incoming dante signals from Tomtom’s can be positioned in the Pan field (takes a chain per input), then you summed up these chains together and put them internally into a new chain (as a stereo input), where you have your Reverb Plugin (in stereo). So the goal in LP is to mix those incoming Tom’s together and put them into a reverb (without burning a Bus on your console). This internally routing would be very exciting to have it in the future, because thats one of the biggest missing parts of the Waves structure. I am sure you can do that way more professionel
Many thanks
Very cool feature request! That LiveProfessor workflow is a super flexible tool.
It’s an area we’re actively thinking about, but we are also very conscious of not intruding on any console’s capabilities. It’s difficult to walk the line between a super flexible, real-time audio platform and scope creeping into an internal mixer/matrix system.
I have created an internal ticket, and will discus this with the team. Tracking Reference: TF-4432.
Thanks for the request!
