Our latest upgrade is now available for your transform.engine, including these new features:
Tap Tempo: Set tempo values by tapping, typing, cues or MIDI, to easily synchronise tempo across Plugins.
Recall Safe: Set individual plugins as Recall Safe, preventing them from being affected by any Cues.
Detailed DSP monitoring: See more detail about how your processing budget is used by each of your Chains, to fully understand the performance of your Showfile.
Plus lots of quality of life improvements and bugfixes for your live plugin mixing pleasure!
Tap Tempo is available over MIDI from the console or another external device, you can easily create a MIDI macro on the console to fire the transform.engine.
DiGiCo will be adding this functionality to the Fourier integration in their next software release.
Is there a way to sync the tempo of the transform engine with the global tempo of a DiGiCo S21 console so that I could just tap the tempo on the console and sync my internal console effects and externally hosted ones simultaniously?
I am not very familiar with the S Series of Digico, but in SD and Quantum you could create a Macro that triggers both the internal Tap Tempo and fires the Midi Note to the Transform Engine at the same time.
If you can do that on the S Series, then it should be possible.
