UADx / iLok Issue

Hi there,

Cannot get my UADx plugins to find the licences on my iLok.

Softtube, SSL and other installed plugins are all ok and iLok shows the UADx lisences activated.

Am I missing a step here?

Could you have a look through the UAD setup guide below and confirm that all of the steps have been completed?

One common issue is that the plugins were not licensed on the windows machine before being taken over to the transform.engine. UADx plugins require the licences to be present on the iLok, and the licences must be associated with the same iLok account linked in UA Connect.

If everything above looks correct and they’re still not authorising, please reach out to support with your installation steps, and we’ll be happy to investigate further.

Hi Ross!

I had missed the step where UADx plugins need to be activated within UA Connect on the internet connected PC.

Retried the install and it’s now working flawlessly.
