V1.6.15 Software Release - Bug Fixes and Ground Work

Hey all, just a quick announcement that transform V1.6.15 is now available!

This is a maintenance release, mainly focused on plugin compatibility fixes, general bug fixes, and small QoL improvements

In parallel, work is ongoing on v1.7 and transform.go. Development on HYPERPORT, gigaACE, DX, and the new hardware are all progressing, more on that soon.

Hi Ross,

after the update to 1.6.15 the software is really slow and unresponsive.
loading time of plugins is long, and switching between windows takes long.

i have tried it on multiple machines still the same outcome.

I run a M4 MBP.
Mac OS 26.3.1 (a)

no other devices in network. transform engine direct to pc.

Today i also updated to 1.6.15 in two Windows PCs without any problems. Software feels as fast as before.

I guess this doesn’t help you, but maybe it helps Fourier determine the problem.

Hi Niels_Koomen,

This isn’t something we’ve seen come up during our testing, so it would be useful to dig into this with you and understand what’s going on.

Given that you’re seeing it across multiple machines, it would be good to rule out anything environmental and take a closer look at the client and engine logs.

If possible, could you send over both the engine and client logs to [email protected]? Please include a short description of when the slowdown occurs (e.g. loading specific plugins, switching gird views, any other related behaviour), as that will help us narrow things down more quickly.

Hi. Yesterday I downloaded the newest firmware and installed it. At least with older waves and TG Abbey Road limiter. I had first time the processor go to the 90 decrees.

Also when I first time open for example Soothe it takes like at least 5 seconds to open it. After first opening, Soothe opens smoothly and fast. Also when I’m opening some Waves and some other plugins it spikes the DSP sometimes to the red and sometimes to the yellow. When I close the window it goes back to the green.
I will open the unit and clean it and try it outside rack. But what goes to plugin use I it is quite moderate in my session. Before update I could run my
unit in 84 - 85 degrees easily even in hot enviroment.
Sometimes also when esitin plugin it throws me back to the window where I can see all my racks.
